Terms of Service

By downloading our games, accessing our websites, or utilizing the Playops Studio Ads Ingestion application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

2. License to Use Our Services

Playops Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our games and applications for your personal, non-commercial use (for games) or internal business use (for B2B tools), strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases

Our mobile games may include virtual currencies, items, or subscriptions (“Virtual Goods”).

• You do not own Virtual Goods; you purchase a limited, revocable license to use them within the game.
• All sales of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies (Apple, Google).
• Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged for real money outside of the game environment.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

To maintain a fair and safe environment, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify our games.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in toxic behavior toward other players or Playops Studio staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI models, games, or web applications.
• Use our B2B services to ingest or process illegal, unauthorized, or malicious data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including games, characters, AI algorithms, code, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Playops Studio. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Playops Studio services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions arising from your use of our platforms.
