Playops Studio respects your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. Depending on which of our services you use, follow the instructions below to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
1. Mobile Games (iOS & Android)
If you play our mobile games and wish to delete your account and gameplay data, you can initiate this directly within the app, fulfilling Apple and Google platform requirements.
- Open the Playops Studio game on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
- Tap on Account Management or Privacy.
- Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
2. B2B Tools & Connected Third-Party Apps (Meta)
If you use the Playops Studio Ads Ingestion tool and want to revoke access and delete ingested data from your Meta account:
- Log in to your Facebook / Meta account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites from the side menu.
- Locate Playops Studio Ads Ingestion and click Remove.
- Once revoked, our automated systems will purge your ingested campaign data from our active databases within 30 days.
3. Manual Deletion Requests via Email
If you cannot access the app, or if you want to request the deletion of data related to our website, newsletter, or overarching studio accounts, you can submit a direct request to our team.
- Send an email to ops@playops.xyz.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your account and the specific game or tool you used.
4. Data Retention Limits
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain aggregated, anonymized data (which cannot be linked back to you) for internal analytics, or specific transaction records if required by tax or legal obligations.
