Absolutely not! We explicitly banned complex economy simulators. Every toy has clearly displayed, tactile tags (like squishy or shiny), and the customer's preference is instantly obvious. It's about matching traits, not doing math!

Is it frustrating to drag toys onto the tray?

We specifically removed physics-based flick throwing. You can simply tap an item, or smoothly drag it, and it will neatly snap onto the clear acrylic tray without any chaotic bouncing or jank.

What happens if the customer has a bad trait?

If you're assembling a great offer but get stuck with a bad customer mood, you can easily use a rewarded ad to reroll their trait, allowing you to salvage a nearly perfect trade for maximum bonus hearts.
